The Board of Directors
Guiding the Governance of the Foundation
The Board of Directors is the highest authority in the Foundation's governance structure. It is responsible for formulating the Foundation's policies and strategies, overseeing its programs and activities, monitoring its legal and financial status, and securing the resources necessary for its continued growth and sustainability.
The Director-General is the chief executive officer of the Foundation and the primary point of contact with the Board of Directors. The Foundation also consults on policies, strategies, and action plans through a high-level Senior Management Committee.
